Shipping Charges Information
Orders placed within the United States are shipped through US Postal Mail and FedEx Ground. International orders, are placed through US Postal Service-Global Priority (when available). All orders are subject to credit and address verification. Orders will be shipped to the billing address we have stored in our database. For your protection, a signature will be required when items are received.
If your order is not available for immediate delivery, you would be notified. Upon your request, you may cancel the order by contacting our office. For faster service, please have your order information ready.

One of our main concerns is your privacy. Hence, we do not rent nor sell our mailing lists.
- Where can I send a letter regarding a concern I have?
Our address is 10204 Atlantic Avenue , South Gate , CA 90280 . Please address your letter to Victor Flores Designs attention QT Charms™ Customer Service.
- Can I place an order with QT Charms™ if I live outside the United States ?
Of course you can. However, you must remember that you will be charged extra for any international orders placed (i.e. shipping charges as well as duties). Also, we must be able to verify the shipping address in order to deliver any type of merchandise. Please send us an email at customerservice@qtcharms.com requesting a quote for your order.
- If there is no one to sign for my package when delivered, will FEDEX leave it?
No. FedEx will not leave your package if there is no one to sign for it. They will try to deliver the order up to three times before it is shipped back to us. If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may pick up your package at your local Federal Express station. You will need the delivery tag FedEx has left on your door as well as a picture ID.
- What circumstances can delay my order?
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons. For instance, if your credit card company declines your order. If this should be the case, we will notify you via email, mail or through a phone call. All orders must also pass address verification. Orders requesting modifications may also be delayed.
- I'm having difficulty placing my order. What can I do?

- There is an item I liked on your website but I want to make some modifications. What do I need to do?
Regrettably, we do not make any modifications. All our sales are as advertised.
